Ms. Toleno is a partner based in the Firm's San Diego office. Her practice is focused on business and securities litigation and arbitration. She has appeared extensively in the state and federal courts of California and Arizona and before various arbitration forums, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly known as the NASD). She represents a wide range of clients in business disputes, complex securities litigations, Ponzi scheme prosecutions, contract negotiations, customer-brokerage securities claims, intra-industry brokerage employment disputes, intellectual property and trademark infringement disputes, and business transactions and negotiations.
Ms. Toleno attended the University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California, where she served as an editor on the Hastings Women's Law Journal and held leadership offices in various student organizations.
