Dominic Giovanniello is a paralegal in the San Diego office specializing in securities litigation and arbitration. He assists attorneys with document review, e-discovery matters, and trial/arbitration preparation.
He has worked alongside attorneys in arbitrations and state and federal actions involving national broker/dealers such as Lehman Brothers, UBS Financial Services, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., Linsco/Private Ledger, Banc of America Investment Services, Inc., Securities America Inc., Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and Penson Financial Services.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Giovanniello was employed as a securities litigation paralegal managing complex shareholder derivative actions and class action cases.
Additionally he has over 15 years experience within the financial services industry. As a licensed professional, his experience covered brokerage operations, trading and SEC compliance.
