Erin Barber is a paralegal with the firm, working in the San Diego office and
focusing on litigation with an emphasis in securities matters. She also works
on broker/dealer and investment advisor issues. Ms. Barber has 15 years of experience
as a paralegal concentrating on litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm,
she was employed by a broker/dealer working as a manager in the Compliance Department
where she oversaw various aspects of broker/dealer compliance including supervision
issues, customer complaints, advertising review, training for both registered
persons and supervisory staff as well as overseeing the registration department.
Ms. Barber currently holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
Prior to her involvement in the securities industry, Ms. Barber worked as a paralegal
at two general litigation firms in San Diego and has experience in business/contract
and employment litigation matters. She is a member of the San Diego Paralegal
Association and the Southern California Compliance Group.

Bachelor of Science, San Diego State University, 1985. Major in Foods and Nutrition.
Paralegal Certificate, University of San Diego, 1988. Awarded with Honors.
