Mr. Lux has been a civil litigator involved in complex business and securities litigation in California since 1983. He has litigated and tried numerous court cases and handled many appeals both within the State and Federal courts of California and in other jurisdictions throughout the country. Steve has arbitrated cases at the New York Stock Exchange, the National Association of Securities Dealers and the American Arbitration Association. His first ten years of practice were defense oriented, with specialties of defending lawyers and other professionals and insurance litigation. In recent years he has focused on securities, business and employment disputes, including securities Arbitrations, representing both investors, broker-dealers and registered representatives. Mr. Lux speaks English and fluent Spanish. He is a member of the California State and San Diego County Bar Associations and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.
