Mr. Baryalai is a partner based in the firm's San Diego office and focuses his practice on complex securities and business litigation. Prior to joining Shustak Frost & Partners, Mr. Baryalai was an associate at O'Melveny & Myers in Newport Beach and, prior to O'Melveny & Myers, he was an associate at Cooper & Dunham in New York.
At the University of Texas, School of Law, Mr. Baryalai was a Presidential Scholarship recipient and served as an associate editor of the Texas Review of Law and Politics. At the University of Pennsylvania, he graduated cum laude and majored in the Biological Basis of Behavior with a concentration in the Physiology of Neural Systems.
Mr. Baryalai lives with his wife in San Diego. His interests include independent and foreign films, tennis, and skiing.
