Ms. Nester grew up in Southern California and moved to San Diego in 2003 to attend San Diego State University. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in May 2007 in Criminal Justice Administration. During her time at SDSU, Ms. Nester volunteered for the San Diego Family Justice Center helping victims of domestic violence.
After graduating from SDSU, Ms. Nester attended the University of San Diego Paralegal certificate program which she completed with honors in December 2007. Ms. Nester began her paralegal career with a San Diego firm specializing in general civil litigation. She has experience with complex civil litigation matters, real estate law, family law, and probate matters. Ms. Nester joined Shustak Frost & Partners’ San Diego office in July, 2009.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing softball and spending time with loved ones.
