Jeffrey Lendrum is of counsel to the Firm based in our San Diego office. Mr. Lendrum has devoted the past 19 years to trial advocacy representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of class and private attorney general lawsuits involving claims of securities fraud, real estate fraud, unlawful employment practices, deceptive advertising and product liability, with an emphasis on complex consumer and class actions in State and Federal Courts.

During his career, Mr. Lendrum has been instrumental in achieving recoveries exceeding $100 million on behalf of his clients. In 1997, Mr. Lendrum was featured by the San Diego Daily Transcript in San Diego's Largest Jury Awards.

Mr. Lendrum and his cases frequently have been featured in articles and news reports by The New York Times, San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Daily Transcript, Fox News and KUSI News.

Prior to founding his own firm in 2000, Mr. Lendrum was an equity partner with the San Diego office of Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat LLP where he practiced from 1988 to 2000. At Post Kirby, Mr. Lendrum was principally involved in the firm's securities and class action practice. Mr. Lendrum joined the Firm in 2008.

In addition to his significant accomplishments representing plaintiffs, Mr. Lendrum has successfully defended manufactures in more than sixty class, private attorney general and individual "bet-the-company" actions filed throughout central and southern California.

In 1998, Mr. Lendrum was involved in a historic settlement, which will over time result in more than $25 billion for the benefit of California residents.

Mr. Lendrum has also assisted numerous distressed advertising agencies in non-bankruptcy workouts, creditor negotiations and strategic business solutions.

In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Lendrum has been awarded the distinguished AV®-rating by Martindale-Hubble® Rating System. This rating is reserved for those attorneys demonstrating the highest ethical standards and preeminent legal abilities.

Mr. Lendrum is also a licensed real estate Broker and is active in a number of legal organizations including the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA); Association of Business Trial Lawyers; and the American Bar Association where he is a member of the sections on Securities Litigation, Business Litigation, Products Litigation and Class and Derivative Litigation.
