- Drafted Compliance and Ethics Manuals For Registered Investment Advisors.
- Formed Special Purpose Acquisition Companies.

- Co-counsel for plaintiffs in the NASDAQ Market-Makers anti-trust litigation which resulted in one of the largest class action settlements to date (over $900 Million).
