Amber Condron is a senior associate in the firm's San Diego office. Ms. Condron’s practice focuses primarily on private securities, general corporate law, and merger and acquisitions for small to mid-sized companies. Focusing on Title III and private placements under 506(c) of Regulation D allows Ms. Condron to work with early adopters and start-ups to compliantly raise capital online. Ms. Condron has a diverse legal background in matters ranging from entity formation to multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions, and unlawful detainers to multi-million dollar real estate litigation. Working as an associate attorney for small and mid-sized law firms has allowed her to gain hands-on expertise in numerous areas of law including real estate transactions, litigation, estate planning and probate matters, general business matters, entity formation and management, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings and other securities matters. Ms. Condron has appeared before federal and California state courts, as well as divisions One and Three of the 4th District Court of Appeal.

In March 2009, Ms. Condron represented 18 plaintiffs in a state court action against three defendants that defrauded plaintiffs in a real estate scam. Additionally, Ms. Condron represented a lender attempting to foreclose on a multi-million dollar carry back loan and construction loan in a Federal Bankruptcy adversary action. Ms. Condron filed a motion successfully getting three RICO causes of action dismissed from the borrower’s complaint with prejudice. In March 2011, Ms. Condron represented a landlord and its shareholder in a public nuisance action filed against them by the City of Lake Forest, in which the City was attempting to enjoin the landlord from renting a commercial property to medical marijuana collectives. Ms. Condron successfully demurred to the complaint and defended against an application for a temporary restraining order; resulting in the shareholder being dismissed as a defendant, and allowing the landlord to continue to rent to its tenants.

Ms. Condron earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications, and a Minor in Philosophy from San Diego State University in May 2004, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2006.
