Wrongful Discharge and Discrimination Litigation

Our accomplished San Diego, San Francisco, and New York labor and employment lawyers have substantial jury trial experience in both state and federal courts as well as various arbitration forums across the country. When employment-related problems cannot be resolved informally, we are fully prepared to represent our clients in wrongful discharge and related litigation. We have significant jury trial experience and have won over 95 percent of the motions for summary judgment we have filed on behalf of our clients.

Personnel Policies

We emphasize prevention as the most efficient use of labor-relations counsel. We advise employers on diverse issues such as employment contracts, affirmative action plans and personnel handbooks, minimum wage, overtime and related wage-and-hour matters, employment problems related to sales, acquisitions and mergers, workforce reductions, COBRA and employment-related ERISA matters. We also counsel employers on workplace problems caused by drug and alcohol abuse, immigration and disability-related issues.

Preventive Counseling
