Will Moore is a graduate of Columbia Law School (J.D. 2002) and Georgia Tech (B.S. 1996). Will has more than twenty years of experience advising clients on business strategy, litigation risk, and regulatory compliance. He represents companies, founders, investors, and financial professionals in securities, commercial, and business disputes, as well as in corporate and transactional matters. His practice includes business torts, contract disputes, corporate governance issues, employment law, as well as FINRA and securities-related matters. He has served as outside general counsel for dozens of companies, from established enterprises to hungry tech startups. He is also experienced in government affairs and legislative lobbying as well as related communications and media issues, leading to multiple successful legislative changes.

In addition to his extensive legal experience, Will has a long record of public service and is committed to his community. Before law school he served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, stationed in Senegal from 1997 to 1999. Even while practicing law, he has remained active in many community organizations including appointments by multiple San Diego mayors to leadership roles on city boards and commissions. He is a father of three and lives in the Old Town neighborhood of San Diego with his family.
